A dental check-up for your family
You might be booking your child’s first dental visit, or coming back yourself after a few years. Tell us who the appointment is for and what you’d like us to look at. If several family members need a visit, reception can check times close together.
Planning your visit
For a child’s first visit
Tell us your child’s age and whether anything is worrying them. A question as simple as ‘Can I see the chair first?’ gives us a place to start.
For your own check-up
Bring up anything that has changed since your last visit, whether that’s a sensitive tooth, a filling that feels different or a question about brushing.
What should we bring?
Bring a list of medicines, your health fund card if you use one, and any questions. If you’re organising several visits around school or work, include the number of adults and children in your request. Reception will confirm a time for each person.
